　　5、在質保期內我公司將派出專業工程技術人員為用戶解答濾袋及其配件在使用過程中的技術問題。如有需要，我公司專業技術人員將進行現場指導、分析、解答。

　　6、用戶對我公司產品提出質量異議時，公司保證接到客戶電話在24小時內做出響應；如需現場解決，保證派出專業技術人員在72小時內到達現場解決問題。對每件用戶反饋的產品質量問題及處理結果我公司將予以存檔。

　　7、處理本公司產品質量問題發生的一切費用，全部由本公司自行承擔。
